The ‘Driven to Lead’ program is an experiential, practical leadership program that will take participants through hands-on and impactful exercises focusing on topics like culture, teamwork, accountability and strategy. It is intended for both up-and-coming and current leaders who are looking to advance and develop their personal and professional skills.

The program will once again be facilitated by Eagle’s Flight (www.eaglesflight.com) at their facility in Guelph, Ontario. Eagle’s Flight is known as a global leader in education for their approach to delivering training programs that are business-relevant and invoke lasting behavioral change.

Reviews from past participants has been truly impressive.

“I have taken leadership programs offered by other organizations and facilitators, and it doesn’t hold a candle to D2L…Extremely valuable for current and future leaders.” Kelly Perez, Director @ Zavcor.

“The hands on leadership techniques taught valuable topics including culture, teamwork, accountability and strategy.  Combining teamwork, professional and personal experiences as well as observations to effectively learn new leadership methods. Extremely helpful, creative, inspiring and eye opening for any leader in the transport industry. I would highly recommend the Driven to Lead program to anyone in the transport industry. “George Cierpich, Metro Truck Driving School.

“What we learned always applied at work and were great tools for both new and experienced leaders.” Sud Malhotra, Fleet Manager @ Powerbev Inc.

Earlier this year, I participated in the Driven to Lead program, hosted by the PMTC Young Leaders group and sponsored by KRTS and TransRep. By participating in this course, I have learned how to communicate more impactfully and effectively with my team and different strategies for coaching, leading and building stronger teams within the company. By implementing the strategies learned, we as a team have created a stronger sense of culture within the company! The learnings and takeaways from this program are invaluable and serve me and my team everyday.  I am so thankful for the opportunity to have participated in and completed this program!
