David is a long-haul driver, creator & cohost of the Crazy Canuck Trucking podcast and a well-known speaker on driver mental health. David will be speaking on how mental health can impact drivers and what we can do as an industry to help. Kim Richardson, TransRep President, says “David is a passionate speaker who devotes his time to supporting the industry and those in need. We are honored to have David as our opening speaker of the Virtual National Recruiting and Retention Symposium 2020 with his presentation Mental Health – A Driver’s Story”
When asked about his presentation and the current industry challenges David said “Are you prepared for the mental challenges we will face when this COVID time has passed? What you do now, will impact you later. When turbulent times smooth out, you’re left with the mental fallout. Are you and your staff recognizing this?”
The team at the NRRS will be releasing the full agenda with more speakers over the next couple of weeks.
The NRRS recently announced that as a result of the global pandemic the full event has moved to April 2021. To register for the complimentary Virtual National Recruiting and Retention Symposium 2020 please visit: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/590156677521927693.
