The Fleet Safety Council (FSC) Conference Committee is happy to announce the full agenda for the 31ˢᵗ Annual Educational Conference scheduled for October 14, 2022.
The FSC recently announced the return to an in-person event, which will be taking place at Millennium Gardens Banquet Centre in Brampton. The one-day educational sessions are preceded by the FSC’s annual networking events taking place on Thursday October 13.

Session Descriptions
Session 1: Transportation Industry Update with Mike Millian
Mike Millian (President, PMTC) will discuss current trends in the transportation industry and what
to expect moving forward.
Session 2: Nuclear Verdicts with Kim Stoll
• Kim Stoll (Transportation and Insurance Partner, Fernandes Hearn LLP) will share her legal opinions on the growing concerns with nuclear verdicts in the commercial transportation industry.
Session 3: Refocusing Our Efforts: How to Structure Your Corporate Policy and Due Diligence Efforts with Rui Fernandes

Session 4: Mobile Phone Evidence in Motor Carrier Accident Cases with Lars Daniel

Session 5: The Good Fight with Keynote Speaker Liane Davey

Session 6: It’s the Right Time to “Choose to Truck” with Mike McCarron
• Industry veteran Mike “Ace” McCarron (President, Rite Route Supply Chain Solutions) will share his thoughts on why it’s time to change the perception of the transportation industry’s brand and help attract the right talent.
