OBJECTIVES

Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Client Services will be tasked with building and managing the client portfolio in all industry verticals. The individual will leverage their industry network, strong sales skills and leadership capabilities to achieve or exceed our revenue targets. Key objectives will include but not be limited to:

  • Develop an annual sales strategy to achieve company sales and revenue objectives
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospect accounts
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision makers
  • Confidently present and demonstrate company products
  • Manage pricing and contract negotiations
  • Represent the Company at industry events and tradeshows
  • Work in collaboration with sister companies to support and generate sales inquiries
  • Manage incremental growth through existing clients
  • Prepare professional responses and submissions for sales proposals and RFP’s
  • Work effectively with management and provide regular updates with respect to all sales opportunities through timely reporting and regular updates
  • Obtain and provide management with regular updates with respect to market, territory and competitive information
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks and benchmarking competition
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Highly developed executive presentation skills, including ability to influence and persuade decision makers at all levels
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and drive, with the ability to lead and inspire
  • Successful in building and scaling a new division product from start up to scale
  • Comfortable working in an  entrepreneurial and high velocity sales environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Possesses deep customer/market
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation
  • Willingness to travel
  • Transportation industry experience and contacts are a must

COMPENSATION

This position offers compensation in the area of $100,000 (base + incentive) at target
