The team at TransRep and the National Recruiting & Retention Symposium (NRRS) presented Geoff Topping, Chief People Officer at Challenger Motor Freight Inc. with the 2023 Dedication to Industry Award.
At the sold out 4th annual NRRS, held in Brampton, ON on April 27th 2023, the audience heard how Topping, started his career as a professional driver and throughout many years of hard work and dedication he has earned his way onto the leadership team at Challenger Motor Freight Inc.

• Past chairperson of the Recruiting and Retention Committee for the Truckload Carrier Association (TCA)
• Past Board of Director of Services and Housing in the Province (SHIP)
