At KRTS  we are very proud to be a North American Transportation Management Institute (NATMI)  partner. We have delivered the Certified Driver Trainer course (CDT) and the Certified Director of Safety course (CDS) to 1000 of clients over the years.

As part of our career path at KRTS for our instructors, they must obtain their CDT within their first year of hire. We deliver it at no cost to our instructors and we pay them for attending. For us at KRTS it just makes good business sense. All of our instructors are then educated and certified to the same standard. Our thought pattern gives clarity and consistency to our clients when our instructors have been certified and receive the designation. We have other courses that we offer to them but the NATMI Certified Driver Trainer is a must.

In our opinion NATMI is one of the highest standards available for training and professional certification. NATMI has uncompromising standards and maintains a university affiliation with the University of Denver Transportation and Supply Chain Institute. NATMI is a stand alone nonprofit organization whose parent organization is the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA).

NATMI has two primary functions:

1) To serve as a professional association and certifying body for leaders in the transportation industry.

2) To offer a variety of high-quality, university accredited, industry specific, training courses in the area of safety, regulatory compliance, maintenance management, and training for driver trainers, as well as five international recognized professional certifications.

KRTS Transportation Specialists Inc offers a number of NATMI courses that can be delivered at our facility, at your facility,  or virtual option.
